Does what it says no the tin

Not a lot does what it says it's going to do. This does. Really like the format, makes it easy to pick up and for once it was staying in my head. Best bit of professional development I've had for ages. Cheers.

    At last!

My TA actually bought me this book and we've been devouring it! Sounds stupid but it's been my night time reading - not that it sends me to sleep. I haven't had any real training in middle leadership and this has been really helpful. Please bring more books like this one out!

    Nuts 'n' bolts

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was, for the first time, something that I could pick up and even by flicking through it grab some really useful ideas. I'd really recommend this to any subject leader as a valuable resource that is easy to read and is just full of great tips and tricks.
