Product description

Love, magic, death, laughter: to read or not to read? Do you even have to ask? These fresh retellings of the Bard are easy to read – but hard to put down! Even though he wrote them 400 years ago, the Bard’s great stories still echo in the world we inhabit today. Now they’re retold in witty illustrations and snappy stories that allow the timeless themes to shine. Love and hate. Good and evil. Knowledge and superstition. Murder, mystery and magic. All of life in four books: who else can give you that?

  • Four of Shakespeare’s greatest plays simply retold
  • Atmospheric two-colour pictures bring each tale to life
  • Clear modern English makes the plays accessible to all
  • Truly iconic and thrilling mix of comedies and tragedies
