PM Sapphire: Mindfulness: A Superpower (PM Non-fiction) Post-Level 30

Mindfulness is a mental state that allows us to focus on the
present moment, being aware of our thoughts, feelings and
physical sensations. Mindfulness can be a great tool for people
who practise it, helping to reduce stress, manage frustrations
and boost self-esteem. There are many ways we can use
mindfulness activities in our day-to-day lives as our own
personal superpower.

The PM Post-Level 30 texts are aimed at students in Upper Primary/Lower Secondary, and have a more complex, sophisticated style of writing, with higher-order sentence structures and concepts.
