An absolute treat

Lovable scruff Hairy MacLary is a must for every child's bookshelf. He's the cheekiest, muckiest pup you'll ever meet, with an endearing crew of doggy pals - and a fierce arch-enemy in bad-cat Scarface Claw! Inventive language, clever rhymes and lots of repetition make it an absolute treat to read aloud, and it's one of the books I've most enjoyed sharing with my two year-old daughter. She loves to name all the dogs, join in with the adventure and YOWL when Scarface Claw appears. If you enjoy this one there are many Hairy MacLary adventures more to enjoy.
