Product description
From the master of misery, Lemony Snicket, comes the first book in a spooky new series telling the story of his childhood! Long ago, in a fading town far from anyone he knew or trusted, a young Lemony began his apprenticeship in a shadowy organisation nobody knows about. He began asking questions that shouldn’t ever have been asked – which he turned into stories that nobody should ever have published. Follow his adventures in this autobiographical novel; his account of his very first wrong question. But beware! Do not read on unless you wish to think of unpleasant things that should not be on your mind!
