Product Description

Max is used to being called Stupid, and to everyone being scared of him. Kevin is used to being called Dwarf, and to everyone laughing at him. Both of them seem to be unlikely contenders in life. Max is feared and bullied as he’s so huge and slow, and because his father murdered his mother. Kevin is smart, quirky and funny – but crippled by a genetic condition that has left him a titch. But greatness comes in all sizes. As Freak the Mighty, can they rise above the bullies and walk high above the world? Now a major film, this hilarious, moving story of friendship and courage is a book you will never forget.

“A small classic, funny-sad, page-turning and memorable.” Sunday Times

It was such a lovely book about friendship and it was really moving as well, and sooooo emotional. I loved it! I just really want to thank my English teacher because she set it as our class book and is letting us watch the movie too!
