PM Silver: Mr Teach-Bot and the Bionic Board (PM Storybooks) Level 23

When Mr Teach-bot brings his new invention to class, Hugo and Jasmine are impressed. The Bionic Board seems to work much better than Mr Teach-bot’s other inventions. But when the Bionic Board tells the students that carrots are bright blue, they start to have second thoughts. And that’s only the beginning!

Silver level titles (equivalent to the White bridging book band) use sentences with two or three clauses and the length of the texts extends to around 1000 words to help build reading stamina. Real-life problems are also introduced to encourage empathy.

Each meticulously levelled PM Fiction title features a classic story structure complete with tension, climax and resolution. The stories deal with concepts and experiences that young children can relate to. PM Storybooks cover levels 3-24.
