PM Silver: Outside Time, Inside Time (PM Storybooks) Level 23

A virus has been spreading around Sienna’s city, so people have to stay at home as much as possible so they don’t get sick. Sienna is tired of being stuck inside, and she misses her closest friend, Lewis. She needs to find some activities to do. One day, when Sienna is talking to Lewis on a video call, she has an idea.

Silver level titles (equivalent to the White bridging book band) use sentences with two or three clauses and the length of the texts extends to around 1000 words to help build reading stamina. Real-life problems are also introduced to encourage empathy.

Each meticulously levelled PM Fiction title features a classic story structure complete with tension, climax and resolution. The stories deal with concepts and experiences that young children can relate to. PM Storybooks cover levels 3-24.
