Product description

Inspired by Enid Blyton’s bestselling school series – Elizabeth Allen is sent away to boarding school and makes up her mind to be the naughtiest pupil there’s ever been. Elizabeth is sent to boarding school armed with nothing but a faux ostrich skin diary for entertainment. She will miss her home comforts, especially her pony Ross (the only boy she has ever truly loved) and comes up with a cunning plan; she will be the naughtiest she has ever been so that she is sent home. But then Elizabeth discovers a love for music and makes her first ever friend …perhaps life at “Frytleafe” might not be as bad as she thought. Between 1940 and 1952, Enid Blyton wrote four novels about Naughtiest Girl, Elizabeth Allen. Books 5-10 are authorised sequels of the series written by Anne Digby in 1999 and The Diary of the Naughtiest Girl is written by Jeanne Willis and illustrated by Alex T. Smith.

A story about a girl called Elizabeth Allen and goes to Whytelefe school. She meets a girl called Joanna but Elizabeth calls her mousie and mousie call Elizabeth monkey. On mousie’s 11th birthday monkey makes and buys stuff from and mousie’s mum but her mum and dad doesn’t send her anything. Mousie gets a bunny from a boy called Harry Dunn. When monkey meets a boy called John Terry in the school garden. she calls the two headteachers Mrs beauty and Mrs beast but their real names are Mrs best and Mrs belle.

i thought the first chapter was a bit boring but throught the book it got more and more interesting.
