Our October 2021 Ages 5-6 Book of the Month

This is one of my favourite picks and a book I will be recommending to everyone who is looking for the perfect bedtime gift this Christmas. Each amazing tale from Black history in this beautiful hardback has been carefully curated and showcases history’s untold stories in a highly accessible way. The package is absolutely stunning from beginning to end. The illustrations are rich and inviting and each story glimmers with tales of inspiration and empowerment, and are based on important figures and events from around the world.

Stories are meant to be shared, remembered and loved and there is no better way to do that than by curling up for bedtime moments that are bound to instil a love of reading and a passion for curiosity.
