Product description

WHY does the Pigeon have to go to school? He already knows everything, right? He doesn’t WANT to go. And what if the teacher doesn’t like him? Plus, he’ll have to get up really early! Ugh! Our cheeky hero is full of reasons why school is no place for pigeons. One thing’s for sure: he isn’t going quietly! But can anyone think of a reason why the Pigeon might totally LOVE to go to school, instead?

  • A brand-new story about the irrepressible Pigeon
  • A hilarious way to calm fears about starting school
  • Pigeon’s reasoning will have kids in fits of laughter
  • Mo Willems is a triple Caldecott Honor award-winner

    Very funny!

I read this to my Year 1 and Reception students today. They loved it, and so did I. The Pigeon is up to his old tricks again but this time he's going to school.
